With a “Monthly Musubi” on-call maintenance subscription, if a WiFi Guy installation encounters issues or needs updating, we can guarantee to be onsite within 5-business days to troubleshoot your WiFi connection issues, with up to 1 hour of labor included.
Additional charges for any replacement equipment, or any troubleshooting in excess of 1 hour at a rate of $199/hour.
